5 Home Buying Tips I Wish Every First Time Buyer Knew

Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed by all the advice out there. As an agent at Team Lehman Realty, I may be newer to this business, but I've made it my mission to walk every client through the process with the same care I'd want for my own family. Here are five tips I share with almost every buyer I work with.

^{Think of things that matter to you, (neighborhood, commute, noise, etc.) These things matter just as much as square footage. Visit at different times of day if you can and picture your daily life there.}
